[2009-08-07]
Push-website
Copies the changed webpages from the developer's user account to:
1 - the local server
2 - the other local server
3 - the remote ISP personal pages.
The copy command output delivers changed files and does it so much
quicker.
Removed the extra checks for changes, thus simplifying the script.

and website tools:
sitecheck
Md5sum your website directory and check it later to put your mind at
rest concerning defacing.
sitecheck-dev
Md5sum your developer website directory and check it later to
determine if push-website should be run.
compare-dirs
compare-common
Checks multiple pages using one page as a template master and
reports differences in sections:
Section #1 - Doctype to Content

Section #2 - Content to Footer
Is ignored because this is the unique content
that changes from page to page.
Section #3 - Footer to /html
The page footer and menu sections.

run "sitecheck --check" to verify the website against it
Striving for site consistency:
1. Completed implementaion of the revised nav bar across the whole site.
2. Fixed some menu boxes for various pages.
3. Fixed some footers for various pages.
Renamed the two sitemaps, made some minor improvements:
1. Sitemap-1 is now for the website pages only, added future pages
2. Sitemap-2 is now for the business pages only (p.s.-needs lots of work)
3. Added links between sitemaps (upper right)
4. Made Register and Login pages independant from About column.
Registration and Login are a future *possibility*.
5. Considering implementing some sitewide search capability.

Navigation header again:
Made some changes to the navigation header, revising the nav
text a bit and adding an *improved* nav background coloring
scheme.
Think I'm finally done with formatting for a while. Now it's
time to think about improving *content*.
Feynman Essays moved:
Moved the Feynman Essays out of the "Misc" grouping and into a
seperate directory. They are only linked to now by the
SlickmapCSS-1 Sitemap page. The link to that is only on the very
topmost page (this one).

SlickmapCSS-1 has been added
SlickmapCSS-2 has been added
"SlickMapCSS is a simple stylesheet for displaying
finished sitemaps directly from HTML unordered list navigation.
It's suitable for most web sites (accommodating up to three
levels of page navigation and additional utility links) and can
easily be customized to meet your own individual needs,
branding, or style preferences.
The general idea of SlickMapCSS is to streamline the web design
process by automating the illustration of sitemaps while at the
same time allowing for the predevelopment of functional HTML
navigation."
Features and Benefits:
* Eliminates the need for additional software
* Easily revised with clients on-the-fly
* Clickable anchors with visible URLs
* Design process results in working HTML code
